I do eat meat, however that's not the point.
We had to create a menu that would appeal to the judge, the general opinion is that animals such as Ostrich are fine to eat, where as Dogs are frowned upon, whether I agree with that or you agree with that isn't relevant, I was simply trying to do the task and to appeal to the biggest audience
