1. Apart from your computer, what can you hear right now..?.. Elvis singing.

2. When was the last time that you slept outdoors..?.. Maybe...2 years ago - in Summer, on a lounger in the garden, after a particularly memorable barbecue and drinks party with old friends, and the conversation extended through the night until dawn.

3. Do you generally remember dreams..?.. Not so much now - unless they are especially vivid.

4. When was the last time that you laughed out loud..?.. Last night, with my wife and daughter after I was 'clowning' and making then laugh - something I do with regularity.

5. When was the last time that you cried..?..(other than when Marsh posts, obviously..)... Last week whilst watching Casablanca - the scene in Rick's cafe where the French Partisan's drown out the Nazis' singing 'Die Wacht am Rhein' with their heart wrenching singing of 'La Marsellaise' - gets me every time.

6. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live..?.. If literally anywhere, then the Durrell's White House on Kalami Bay in Corfu. If not, then probably, anywhere in Paris.

7. What is the first thing you would buy if you won one million GBP..?.. Happiness by splitting it between my 3 children.

8. Is your glass half empty..?.. Half full, but there are times when I wish it was a larger glass.
