I agree Liam that people can do what they want with their bodies, and that no one else's opinion matters. but people will still have an opinion, especially on the topic of boobs which was the actual question posed on here.
I'd never slag someone off for having any type of 'plastic' surgery, but I will always prefer natural breasts to silicone ones, which is what I stated.
Anyway, I couldn't be such.an hypocrite - not after undergoing plastic surgery myself last year when I had my 'manhood extended from 12" to 18".
p.s. your nose looks fine just the way it is.
