I don't think they should be available on the NHS, however that's led to girls going abroad and when home and infected having the NHS sort them out ..
I do think the cosmetic surgery industry needs regulating to prevent this here at least.
I don't agree with it in theory but I can see why some women would, not those who just wish to launch a career in glamour but affected with self esteem issues.
