If the Govt implemented in full the independent recommendations as laid out in the suggested deal on pay across the NHS,then they wouldn't be on strike,or for that matter even see any need to be.

No point in Govts.having independent sources look at what pay rises are fair and then decide to throw it out with no negotiation or further discussion.
Plenty funds can be found to fund things like Libya and other things abroad but not to honour a recommendation for the NHS staff.

It is easy to say they should not strike but I would rather the Govt. ensure they never feel the need to and honour what is suggested to them to do as to NHS pay in the first place.

NHS staff are going to be needed possibly even more for a great deal more as to duties in the possible scenario of the ebola situation.
Rather than just bring the staff down for striking, I will and wish the Country would get at the Govt. whose arrogance and ignorance has brought them to this action in the first place.

For crying out loud, if they were allowed to, even the Police would have at some point likely gone on strike against some of the arrogance and harshness of this Govt.
The sooner these morons are voted out the better for me and for the NHS.
