It still should be relatively easy to find someone not connected to the problems of the time or to high ranking politicians of the time too.
It may have even helped had Theresa May done absolutely the right thing at first and consulted the victims groups rather than jump in and make drastically wrong decisions as to appointments.
The woman is the worst Home Secretary we have likely ever had in the UK.
