So quite honestly, the amount people earn making the tee shirts is completely irrelevant. World markets dictate prices and earnings in these circumstances. People are trying to make a sensational story where it is just the norm across the globe. Is it better to having a thriving factory employing lots of people at 69 pence an hour, or for them to be priced out of business in the world market with wages of £5 an hour.
