Well they aren't very good although that's not to say they cannot be,I still don't get Cheryl on about them being a 8 member group.
I think they are worked up on stage and it is probably a nervous/confidence thing that they keep patting each other or placing arms round each other.
It doesn't indicate that they really are concentrating on the performance of the song however.I agree Mock.
