Ex Sheffield United player & convicted rapist Ched Evans going into jungle?
 fucxing hope not
Quote:
This year’s I’m A Celebrity begins next Sunday at 9pm on ITV, but as we reported earlier, the show’s bosses were sent into something of a tailspin after Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher and TV chef Rustie Lee – plus another as yet unnamed celeb – pulled out at the last minute.
That being the case, motorbike racer Carl Fogarty and former ‘Allo ‘Allo star Vicki Michelle were hastily signed up and have both now arrived in Brisbane, as has rapper Tinchy Stryder, ahead of the show’s launch.
But as to who else will be headed into the Aussie outback for the show, while dozens of names have been put forward as likely campers this year, bookmakers have been narrowing the list of potential jungle bunnies in order to put odds on them…
And Bwin apparently reckon that convicted rapist Ched Evans, who formerly played for Sheffield United, is among the favourites to have signed up to take part in the show. And according to the Daily Star Sunday, they’re offering odds of 40/1 that Ched will win.
However, given his conviction for rape, Ched would have to seek permission to travel abroad as he is required to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register on a regular basis. Furthermore, as he was released from prison early, authorities in the UK would have to agree that the terms of his early release licence were adjusted in order to facilitate extended foreign travel.
