So today, I supposed to have an interview In Solihull which is like a 30/40 minute train ride from my local train station. So I paid £6 for a return ticket. Got on a really packed train and the train kept stopping for like 15 minutes or more. From my local train station to Birmingham Snow Hill which is supposed to be like a 7 minute train journey? but it took like an hour because of signal issues.So some man came on the speaker saying they are ending the journey at Birmingham Snow Hill and wasn't going to my Solihull. I had 15 minutes to get to Solihull.. Birmingham New Street doesn't do trains that go to Solihull and the bus would take ages to get there as well. So I didn't make Solihull in the end. Am I entitled to a refund? got told to ask the assistance but there was none aroun
