Good for him, I hope they pay up in full - out of court.
That said, and reading the article Arista, it seems that it was the attending police officers who put him in handcuffs and marched him publicly through the store - and this, after the copper declared Tim Robinson not to be threatening.
Perhaps Mr Robinson should also be suing the police because of their 'heavy handed' treatment of him?
