They are not facts to prove he is a pedo
He's a man in the media, I'm pretty sure most people in the media know or were friends with Max Clifford.
It's his job to cater to an audience and 1D's audience is young girls.
He's their manager and also a known narcissistic, of course he'll go to their shows and of course he'll try and steal their limelight.
