this is in my opinion the most patronising emoticon on the forum.....so it's a good one but my least favourite is probably this one
I remember it being popular with some of the Dexter crew as like some sort of rebuke symbol though I don't know why, if anything it looks more like a clumsy attempt at a chat up line.
