Thanks both of you for your help I'll keep considering it in the mean time I'll do what you said I've got a bag stuffed full of covonia, strepsils and paracetamol I'll take some cocodamol later before I eat my tea which is a bowl of soup (the only thing I can just about swallow) I'll make warm drinks as well
