She does! She does loads of interaction with the audience. When she sang Irreplaceable, she walked down this catwalk that went right into the standing section (like it wasn't raised it was level with everyone else) and she went right up to people as she sang and held their hands and everything and got everyone singing the song too oh my god.
She did that too with Heaven like she sang it on this podium with a few choice people around it. She sang it right into their faces.
