Storm in a teacup again for me,I haven't a view really, I always avoid looking at other people if in a Restaurant anyway,so likely wouldn't have even noticed she was doing so.

However, 2 of my Cousins said, if they were going to a Restaurant they would ensure baby was fed before they went, 'if' babies were allowed in the Restaurant.
They would also themselves not wish to feed the baby in the presence of others in any event.

As to the Hotel, well,since it is happy for Mothers to feed their babies while using its facilities,then maybe it should designate a room where a Mother can go with the Baby to feed.
Doesn't sound a hard thing to set up in my view.
