Simon was supporting both Ben & Fleur he didn't favor 1 more than the other he even said he wishes he can split the prize between them because he wanted them both to win!!!
so people can say they voted for Ben just to spite Fleur all they want but who cares because the voting was still very close and although i knew Ben was going to win Fleur still had a very good chance of winning
neither of them was ever in the sing of and both had a very strong fan base
Ben beat Fleur by a whisker and Fleur still finished in second place which is a huge achievement so ok be glad Big Ben won
