You don't think it's relevant to compare America's highest political position and democratic process to other countries, but you think it's okay for him to start talking about race relations in america and police which has nothing to do with the president or elections?

This thread is about political dynasties, so of course it makes sense to compare Amwerica's system to political dynasties in other countries. That's not dull, it is directly relevant to the topic.
