This thread is about political dynasties, so of course it makes sense to compare Amwerica's system to political dynasties in other countries. That's not dull, it is directly relevant to the topic.

Issues of race has everything to do with American politics, it's a big political issue at the moment, Ferguson and other racially motivated incidents in America certainly has more to do with American politics then it does with British politics.
