I am back now, just arrived back from home after Christmas.I was sure arista would have some topic ready for me to get to grips with.
I wouldn't be rubbing my hands with glee really, because the fact is that the Conservative party,(well it is now), and Lib Dems will be virtually non existent in Scotland after the 2015 election in all probability.
Labour do have problems in Scotland,no doubt at all about that, however the good thing will be,all the seats will go to the SNP.
That is not surprising since I think the SNP have done a superb job in Scotland anyway.
I myself, do not think the bloodbath predicted for Labour will be as severe as this poll suggests but as a Labour supporter, neither am I bothered.
The SNP,as Nicola Sturgeon has said, will ''never' support a Conservative led govt. She has said, she can do a deal with Labour and for me that is good news.
The compassion within the Labour party's policies coupled with the SNP re-inforcing that compassion and demanding fairer policies are needed, can only be a good thing and make for a far better govt than this rotten heartless bunch we have had for the last almost 5 years now.
So if the poll above, changes and support returns to Labour or if it stays as it is,it makes little difference, with the SNP supporting a Labour led govt,we may even get stronger, more compassionate and 'fair policies for the next 5 years.
