The only reason he has got this little accolade is because of the impact he has had on Britain this year. In terms of political supremacy, whether you agree with UKIP's policies or not (and I certainly don't), the fact that this party, who apparently has come out of nowhere, is a real contender at the general elections is pretty impressive.
I still hate him though.
