I don't understand what she's trying to prove?
She is normally a slim person with her lifestyle/habits and purposely increases her own consumption/diet for the sole purpose of gaining weight and then allowing that weight to drop off as she reverts back to the way she was.
So? What is this proving about other people whose life/circumstances/'natural' build are completely different?
It's like starving someone until their skin and bone and claiming it proves dieting is easy.
