There is a new website called Unlisted Videos (
http://unlistedvideos.com/), which lets people:
- Submit unlisted YouTube video URLs (along with a title, descriptions and tags; without registration)
- Search for submitted unlisted YouTube videos
- and watch the submitted unlisted videos embedded on the site.
