I'm waiting for councils in the UK to do this. I know in my city alone around 50-60% of households don't bother with food waste recycling. With councils facing fines each year if they don't reach recycling targets I'm surprised we haven't yet got to a point of seeing fines like this here.

The idea behind this is good. Although it does come across very much as a bullying tactic.
