Yeah they took biopsies from below and above it was not a pleasant experience! See ive allways been told multi vitamins are bad even by the gp theres so much conflicting information.

Think you've got it bang on though with everything you're describing, even if it is this and I have to change my diet atleast I know what it is finally.

Did you get sedated for the endoscopy? I just had the mouth spray which literally made me feel like I had a 12 foot long tongue. Is this like a lifelong diagnosis though or can it go away seeing as fast as its come on?
I was sedated yes maybe do that next time? you'll need to take someone to help you get home though. You're not fully out of it but I thought 45 mins was 5 mins so you're in an altered state
Good quality vits in liquid form rather than tabs could give you a better chance of absorbing some goodness to save you basically running on empty I would've thought? Have you had bloods to check levels? my D3 was 23 (significantly deficient) so was put on 20,000mg for the next 8 weeks! :/
Your test was inconclusive? that's annoying still waiting on mine.
If we have it it's for life, my sis says it's only a pain when socialising as most places can't guarantee anything on the menu as gluten free except salad ( no dressing) or jacket potato.
You'll have to learn a new way of cooking your favourite dishes, no more jars and packet sauces or ready meals... It's not all bad, you might turn into a gluten free Jamie Oliver
