It did happen to a man in BB14. Hazel pulled down Daley's boxer shorts. She was warned, but not removed.
That said, I think the context matters. If it happened to a man and he was seriously upset / uncomfortable by it, perhaps the woman would be removed. I'd hope so, anyway.
