I know deep down no matter what she says in the future... She will always be hurt by that moment.
She will be able to make jokes about it, laugh about it, but it won't be forgiven not even if she accepts his apology. You can't just forgive something like that.
To me, that was evil what he did. He isn't an evil guy but there is evil in him and it came out in that moment.
Evil and stupidity mixed together.
Thinking anything can be his if he wants it.
That's not how life works.
So if she does say "haha, LOLZ!" no, that won't be how she really feels about it, it will be how everyone else is telling her to feel about it.
