Are you playing a video from a file? Or something like a live feed? Cause you can screencap in Movie Maker I think. That's how I was told to do it.
File I suppose, SL5 It doesn't matter, I tried putting the vid on WMM the other day but it wouldn't load.
Have you tried Real Player?
