The girls shouldn't be getting changed in front of the men anyway (i wouldn't because i wouldn't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable and some people do find nudity(or partial nudity) uncomfortable)
I think the way Alexander confronted her was fine, he clearly was looking at it from a fathers point of view
