He was removed because of using the Negro word several times,the final straw being him saying turn the Negro rhythms down to Frank Bruno when he could use another word to describe it,that's what makes him using the Negro offensive.
True he was deliberately,not accidentally,sexist to the women too,umpteen times so he was removed as a cumulative effect of all his deliberate abuses but he was removed for saying he'd said Negro to Frank Bruno,it wasn't because of him saying he stared at women's arses.
