I don't think she's being bullied, either.
She doesn't get along with Katie and Cami. That's it. When Alicia called Cami "shrill" and said Katie was the thick one, does that mean Alicia was bullying Cami/Katie? NO!
Just because a few people don't get along, it doesn't automatically make one of them a victim.
