That would be a really great outcome after the May election Kizzy.
Sadly, members numbers don't decide the outcome of elections, with the Greens still only on 8% maximum in the polls,that will not reflect in seats won under this electoral system.
Therein lies the problem, the problem too for UKIP, who even on 15% to 18% would still struggle to add to the 2 seats they now have and in fact could even lose one of them.
I would however welcome a Labour/Green govt. I think that would be a compassionate, fair and really good govt.
Had we adopted the AV voting system, that may have been more of a reality to come about,not under first past the post however.
Any medium to major split in the anti Conservative vote by voters,is more likely to leave the Conservatives the largest party or just short of an overall majority.
With the Lib Dems still likely to hold,(possibly just), double figures of seats, then we could end up with a continuation of what we have now and for me that would be totally a disastrous outcome.
