I personally think Katie H's behaviour towards him definitely amounts to bullying. When you're actively trying to encourage the isolation of someone, and even having a go at perfectly nice people for simply talking to him, what else is it? (and that's not me defending Perez, I don't like him and think he's been a bully in his life himself).

Frankly, they're both unpleasant as far as I'm concerned.
