I think Luisa was spot on, during BOTS.
She said she doesn't understand why Alicia is ridiculed, as she can't afford to send her child to school, and takes her own time to help her and teach, even though she isn't exactly the most intelligent person.
She then made a spot on point about how mothers would usually just dismiss the problem and leave their children uneducated.
