If Nadia leaves Katie Hopkins will have lost half of her camera time, turn all her attention on to Perez and dig her own grave.
Other than that I can't see the house dynamics changing much, Patsy will have one less person to mumble to and Perez will only have Katie Price and Alicia as friends.
Oh it will affect the cooking routine I think Nadia cooks for them?
