It depends how you look at it and who you point that "chav" label at because I can assure you, its pointed at a lot more people than those who are brash or loutish.

The stereotyping of working class Britain has become a new class hatred...from salt of the earth to scum of the earth thanks to constant media put downs and programmes like Little Britain.
