I think the person he is in the house complete flamboyant character is part of who he is. We also see moments where he gets upset. (shows he has a heart) As a CBB contestant is superb
He knows to keep things entertaining..he knows how to tease...
Course he is an attention seeker he loves the limelight..
The thing about being 'nice' is people often see that as a weakness (take Keith's position in the house for instance) in the outside world being 'nice' is wonderful and a truly great trait to have but in a BB situation it's all hands on deck let's have drama - let's fight!
I like 'nice' but I also like 'say it like it is IF IT'S DESERVED' also. I don't like hate just because something thinks it's ok to say. Just because people think it doesn't mean the words should ever see the light of day
I am quite sure there are many sides to Perez that we won't see incase he shows (what some may say is 'weakness'..
