Look, i'm not particularly a fan of Perez, he is an irritant, but when you take a step back and look at the situation objectively you'll accomplish in seeing that it was no more than tasteless trash-talk. It did not deserve a warning, not imo anyway, if you begin warning HMs for trash-talk then the entire show will instantaneously become less interesting/enjoyable. I have far more of an issue when it becomes personal, like how Hopkins targeted Alicia for being 'thick', without any provocation whatsoever. Or how again Hopkins has alienated the entire house against Perez and then isolates him and harasses him hour upon hour with unpleasant insults.
Some consistency is needed, if you are going to lambaste one HM for doing something then you need to do the same when another HM does likewise. Otherwise it just comes across as childish.

I don't know about anyone else but doing that to me, would definitely constitute an act of violence towards me as well as making me walk funny for several weeks so I am leaning towards it being a pretty bad act.
