Won't make much difference in Japan - they already hate everyone except themselves and white people. The only significant non-Japanese groups living in Japan are Korean and Chinese. But Japanese people hate them, too.
(I am not being flippant with this, multiculturalism is genuinely not a "thing" in Japan).
