Harvey is not a multi-millionaire, his mother is.
That money is for him, not for Katie Price, this is the point that some people on this forum are not understanding, Harvey will get government hand outs for the rest of his life unless his mother or/and father gives him enough money to disqualify the hand out when he is an adult.
