I didn't see who put the panties out for display,. in a previous post i said Charley did it but was going off what others had said. the video only shows shabdam messin around with them not actually moving them onto the centre platform thingy.

Im sure we will all find out soon enough what the truth is. maybe Chanelle left them there.
