Regardless of who moved the knickers to where, if I had been a HM and seen the dirty knickers, I would have either covered them up, or if I knew who they belonged to I would have gone straight to them and quietly said something to them about the fact that the other HMs could see them.

Charley is a vile woman. She's a disgrace. Surely every woman has had an incident with her knickers when she's on her period, including Charley. She obviously hasn't stopped to think what she will do in the event of it happening to her in the house.

As for washing them, I'm guessing that Chanelle felt that it would draw more attention and be more embarassing in the long run if she hand washed them in the sink as soon as it happened. Therefore she put them discretely in the washing pile, which the cameras really shouldn't be interested in. If it weren't for Charley, we would have been none the wiser. I'm sure this must have happened in previous BBs, but we weren't made aware of it because there hasn't been anyone nasty enough to do something like that. Not even Grace, who a lot of people thought was vile.

Edit to add: As for chucking them out.. knickers aren't cheap, and I wouldn't chuck them out if they could easily wash.
