The hairdressing bit does, surely BB could provide a hairdresser for female housemates that want one.
If they don't want to use the Bb hairdresser,then they do their own hair, simple.
If they want special conditions over the other housemates to go in then tell them good riddance and put someone else in.
Maybe fees could vary and be justified depending on celebrity status but all housemates should get the same treatment once in the house and be expected to do all things the way other housemates have to.
