The task that Richard will set, will be a very big & exciting task. It may take some special props or something certainly never done beore.

I think it could be something on the lines of a task like they get on the apprentice, perhaps split into teams to design or come up with some sort of product and Richard could decide the winning team and they will be rewarded.

That's exactly the thing that Richard is very likely to do.
He might offer the winner, some sort of prize. It always has to be a competition with Richard. He likes to see excellence in people.
I watched "Rebel Billionaire" & loved it.
