Hoppo was the winner because she was voted by the public, not bought votes and until that gets disproved, I am not that bothered as things are now coming out to show that Pricey designed her win, Hoppo went in there on one leg and winged it to perfection rinsing Perez, Alicia and Pricey, end of game.
