If she went private and had a lot of work down (permanent whitening, straightening, etc) then I could see it easily costing around 4 grand. Plus she's probably went to the best or at least most expensive dentist she could find (probably so she could tell people it cost 4 grand, she seems to quite like telling people that kind of thing) She invented skinny jeans as well apparently
