Grace and Sezer come across like decent people to me (unlike Richard, Nikki, and Pete) it's just that Grace and Sezer say comments that are fine to say in real life, but come across horrific on TV.

I'm also wondering why Lisa was so hated? Besides her obsession with Pete she's probably the nicest contestant in there, and she's funny.
