They're still allowed to use the toilet adjoined to the bedroom I believe. That's why I think the toilet was not integrated into the main bathroom this year, so that the luxurious bathroom could be closed off, yet the housemates could still use toilet facilities whilst in the bedroom. And of course they may use the WC outside, and besides there is another one off the dining area.
