such a sad story. as much as i love our NHS i can not but help but think cost should not be the issue here.

this boy needs help and we should be providing it.

this is one of the points i always bring in when i am talking about foreign aid - if everything is up and running in this country and noone is going with out ie Jack then we should give - but if someone is not getting care here ie Jack - then we should use this budget.

or is this a terrible thing i have just said.? please note it did not rhyme.
