I still don't get why people hate Emily so much?
Chanelle really lost the plot over the hair things....Emily was making a bloody good point about giving priority to certain people, we've seen it happen before,
give someone an inch and they'll want a mile......
plus I thought Ziggy was quite a nice bloke....but not after that "Oh that's bullshit" comment to Emily saying she knows her limits.....
